I founded “Les Services MANAXIS Inc.” because each company struggles with unique, nuanced and often untimely challenges with their equipment. No one size can fit all and there are no silver bullets. I’m known for quickly zeroing in on the problem halting your production and pulling together solutions that can offer a temporary or permanent fix and long-term maintenance. 

 

For fifteen (15) years, I worked for Mazak Corporation Canada, being deployed as a lead technician in different industries all over Canada. More than one hundred (100) companies benefited from my expertise as a machinist, adjuster, programmer and service technician.  Through the years, I have attended many courses in Canada, United States and Japan, with Mazak, Renishaw and other institutions. I have also been instrumental in the training of peers, being available as a consultant if required. Hands-on experience was acquired working for Megatel Services for more than four (4) years prior to Mazak Corporation Canada. Aerospace, oil , pulp and paper, agricultural, powersports, defense, medical, pharmaceutic and industrial have all been areas in which I worked and gained proficiency and insight.
